Free trial first

Every install includes a 7-day free trial of all Pro features, so you can try Trade Guard before you pay.

Refunds

If you're not happy, email us within 7 days of your first payment with your payment ID and we'll refund it in full. Renewals and payments after the first are not refundable, except where required by law.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from the link in your Razorpay subscription email or by writing to us. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Delivery

Trade Guard is a digital product. Your license key is shown right after payment and emailed to you within minutes. Nothing is shipped.
