Terms of service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
By installing Trade Guard or buying a license from Avinash Borude you agree to these terms.
What Trade Guard is
Trade Guard is a self-discipline tool. It reads your web trading terminal to count trades and estimate profit and loss, plays alerts and can restrict your own use of the terminal according to rules you set.
Not financial advice
Trade Guard does not provide investment, financial or trading advice and does not recommend any broker, platform or product. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for making sure the brokers and products you use are legal and authorised where you live.
No guarantee
Screen reading depends on how your broker's terminal is built and can be wrong or stop working when the terminal changes. Locks and alerts can fail, and you can disable the extension at any time. We are not liable for trading losses, missed alerts or trades that were or were not blocked.
Licenses
A license is personal and can be active on up to 2 devices. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the paid period. We may revoke keys that are shared publicly, resold or refunded.
Free trial and free plan
New installs include a 7-day trial of all features. After that, basic features remain free and may change.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
